How It Works

Discovery + Visioning
We start with getting to know you. Your lifestyle, your challenges, your must-haves and your dreams. We take detailed measurements, photos and dive deep into how you want your space to feel.

Concept Design
We create an Initial Design Concept with multiple layout and style options (complete with 3D renderings and moodboards). You’ll review and give feedback, all from the comfort of your home.

Refinement + Selection
Once we’ve honed in on a direction, we prepare a more detailed concept: floor plans, elevations and curated selections for furniture, finishes, fixtures and more. We bring everything to you, so you can see and touch samples in your space.

Execution + Support
Whether you’re working with a contractor or outfitting a space with furniture, we’re by your side coordinating with trades, answering questions, solving issues and protecting the integrity of the design. You’ll never have to chase anyone down or translate confusing lingo because we handle it.

The Final Touch
We help with final placements, finishing touches and anything else needed to bring the vision home.
A Note on Investment
This is a collaborative, high-touch process that requires both time and trust. We’ll be working closely together over several months (sometimes longer), and our clients tell us the level of care and involvement we bring is unlike anything they’ve experienced before.
The investment in our design services varies depending on the scope of your project. Our design fee starts at $5,500 + GST, with most clients investing between $10,000 – $20,000 + GST for spaces such as a kitchen or 2–3 rooms.
After your complimentary Discovery Call, we’ll provide a tailored fee estimate based on your specific needs and goals.

Pocket Designer Membership
On-call design support when you need a second opinion you can trust.
The Pocket Designer Membership gives you ongoing access to expert design guidance without the need for full-service involvement. It’s ideal for DIYers or those working with a builder who want an experienced eye, a sounding board and an advocate who’s only focused on what’s best for you.
Each membership includes:
One 1-hour in-person meeting per month
Ongoing design support via Voxer (voice and text, Tuesday to Thursday)
Preferred rates for additional support, should your project evolve
The option to exchange in-person meeting time for design or sourcing hours
Whether you’re second-guessing lighting choices or navigating floor plans, you’ll have expert insight right in your pocket.

Petit Design Concept
A clear plan for your space without the full-service commitment.
Our Petit Design Concept is a one-time e-design package crafted for clients who want expert guidance for 1–2 spaces in their home. It’s ideal for those looking to refresh a room with clarity and confidence when Full Service Design isn’t the right fit, or you simply prefer a more hands-on approach.
After completing the questionnaire, sending us photos and measurements of your space, you’ll receive two thoughtfully curated design concepts, each complete with:
Moodboards
Renderings
Layout suggestions
A clickable shopping list
Swappable elements to give you flexibility and choice
All delivered in one streamlined PDF, ready for you to bring to life on your timeline and terms.
